| Rothay Garden can now offer its customers the choice of five new Loft Suites. These are all second floor bedroom suites within this four star Grasmere Hotel. They offer amazing views of the surrounding area and fells, with each of the loft suites taking their names from these fells: Helm Crag, Stone Arthur, Silver Howe, Loughrigg and Butter Crag.
Each suite offers the highest level of quality that one would expect from Luxury Lake District Hotels. They feature the original beams, designer bathrooms with two sinks, walk-in showers, in-bathroom plasma televisions, ethical toiletries, his and hers bathrobes and even binoculars in the suites for looking at the beautiful mountains and fells that surround the Grasmere Hotel.
All of this information about the new loft suites is now detailed in the Rothay Garden brochure which won the prestigious “Best Hotel Brochure” award in the 2008 Hotel Marketing Association / CIM awards. These awards included many Lake District Hotels as well as the cream of the UK’s hotel groups.
The purpose of the new brochure was to attract new customers to Rothay Garden. The aim was to make it as irresistible as possible so that people just couldn’t say “no” to coming to stay. The brochure is 24 pages long, it uses bright new photography of this Grasmere Hotel. It also features six pages of lovely Lake District shots as well as testimonials from journalists from across the country who have stayed at Rothay Garden.
The awards ceremony was held at the glittering Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London’s Grosvenor Square. Rothay Garden beat off stiff competition from the Waldorf Hilton and many other prestigious hotels to win the ‘Best Hotel Brochure’ award. The owner Chris Carss was delighted and stated that it was excellent to hear that some of the best marketing minds in the industry think that their new brochure is going to stand out from other hotels in the Lake District and work to attract new guests to the Grasmere Hotel, one of the new generation of boutique Lake District Hotels.
